Today I've got another must-read book for you.

The book is Getting Naked, by Patrick Lencioni. This absolutely brilliant book is not only a great read, but it also highlights three key fears that hold us back in our service profession and actually sabotage client loyalty.

Yes, we are service professionals. No matter whether you are a strength guy, Pilates trainer, or yoga instructor, you are in a service industry. As such, the loyalty of your students or clients is incredibly important.
In the book, Lencioni delivers these three fears in a fable that teaches us some moral imperatives about being successful service professionals. I don't know about you, but I really do get scared to death from time-to-time in this job. And these fears can cause us to actually push clients away and keep us from having a truly engaging, rewarding relationships with the people we want to work with.
