5-Phase Adolescent Strength Program for Creating Good Movers

These two workout programs - titled BEG1 and BEG2 - are designed primarily for adolescents learning how to weight lift. Both programs are essentially the same, each consisting of five phases, with some slight tweaks to weight, reps, and equipment. If these programs are followed patiently and thoroughly, with technique being the sole focus, athletes will show improved development and strength through all avenues of movement.
