The first thing you learn in Business 101 is that the customer is always right. There’s a legendary story about a customer that returned tires to the clothing store Nordstrom, even though they, of course, don’t sell automotive parts.


But Nordstrom is known for extraordinary service, and according to the legend, they accepted the tires. At Nordstrom, the customer is king - you want it, you got it.
