“Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality”

- Warren Bennis

Panelists Justin Grinnell, Melody Schoenfeld and Sgt. Nick Rians discuss the realities of being in charge of building a business and the critical role leadership plays in making a vision become a reality. This was a frank discussion aimed at coaches who are starting out or struggling to see their dreams realized.

Each provides their own perspective, based on their individual circumstances and backgrounds. But what they have in common is a record of business success and the ability to transform a vision into a reality. For Melody, that meant striking out on her own and having a small business where she can have close and personal relationships with her clients. For Justin, that meant building a multi-location business with many employees. And Sgt. Nick left the brick-and-mortar world to become a digital entrepreneur; now, as CEO of FitRanX, he markets a system that is used by about 1,800 gyms in nearly 30 countries.
