How Can Your Fitness Business Earn Trust?

Teddy Kim
In his autobiography, Faster Than Lightning, Usain Bolt revealed that he consumed about 1,000 McDonald's Chicken McNuggets during his ten-day stay in Beijing for the 2008 Olympics. Why would Bolt consistently choose McDonald's over the local cuisine? By his own admission, Bolt found food in Beijing odd. McNuggets were the safest, if not best choice.
