I have heard many trainers express their trepidation about working with pregnant women. And it’s no wonder, really - there’s a lot going on during pregnancy. Of course you want your clients to be safe, but many trainers stop there. Most approaches to prenatal programming focus on safety and a standard list of “dos and don’ts.” But this is only the tip of the iceberg. Learn to take things a step further and make a difference for the pregnant athlete.
